- What should I wear?
- Comfortable, fitted clothes you can move in. Bring grippy socks for mat classes — we can lend you a pair the first time.

- Most beginners start with Mat Pilates or Gentle / Restorative Yoga. Reach out and we'll help you pick the right first class.
- How early should I arrive?

- Do I need to be flexible?
- No. Pilates and yoga build flexibility over time. Show up as you are.
