What to expect

A few things first-time visitors ask

What should I wear?
Comfortable, fitted clothes you can move in. Bring grippy socks for mat classes — we can lend you a pair the first time.
I've never done Pilates or yoga. Where do I start?
Most beginners start with Mat Pilates or Gentle / Restorative Yoga. Reach out and we'll help you pick the right first class.
How early should I arrive?
Ten minutes early on your first visit so we can show you around and get your equipment set up.
Do I need to be flexible?
No. Pilates and yoga build flexibility over time. Show up as you are.
